My Daddy's Elvis Concert!     My Daddy likes to dress up like Elvis sometimes and sing for people.  Elvis was a very popular person a long time before I was born.  But I know all about Elvis, because my Daddy sings his songs to me all the time.  Sometimes I wish he would sing something else, but I won't tell him because it makes him feel good to do it.
    On June 13, Daddy gave a big concert at Twickenham Church of Christ in our gymnasium. There were over 400 people there to watch.  Daddy dressed up in his new Elvis suit and grew his hair and sideburns long so he could put some kind of paint in it, or something like that.  He sang 18 songs and gave out a bunch of scarves to ladies who would come up to the stage.  Mommy carried me to the stage to get one, too, and then I fell asleep.
